Landlords and potential landlords:
Why choose my new company to let your property? Experience: mine!
If you are a potential landlord, or maybe somebody who through circumstances has fallen into having to let, the following figure might not strike you:
1% vacancy rate.
It should. It will impress knowledgeable landlords – and that shows it's worth some thought.
I'm a multiple landlord, and this rate, which is exceptionally good, is something I've achieved for my own group of properties over the past few years. (The 1% is time spent getting ready for the next tenant.)
It highlights that I get tenants unusually quickly and I hold on to them unusually well. And I do it at top rents, too.
Which means month after month after month of good money coming in, with barely a pause.
No matter what circumstances first get you into letting, that's the whole point of actually doing it.
Why, in comparison to others who also let their property through well-established agencies, am I particularly successful?
Tenants:
Why choose a property let through us rather than another agent?
Well, perhaps surprisingly, the kind of management my company offers to benefit the landlord only works because it directly benefits you.
In the main, if a landlord can find a good tenant, they like to keep hold of them.
And keeping good tenants happy means keeping good tenants. Do you want to be happy?

I'm tired of telling other people what to do in a non-official capacity. So I've decided to regularise it and do it for them. And, to be frank, start earning fees for this work which I'm patently very, very good at.
There are a fair few good letting agencies. This isn't taking a pop at them. But I think I offer something very special – particularly in my management service. And it will really suit those who want to stay free from being troubled and as uninvolved as possible.
Please look at what we do differently, better – and almost certainly cheaper, too.
